  I have visited this store several times over the past few months and have always received good service. When I arrived today at about 11:15 AM there was quite a line and only two people working behind the counter, but they kept things moving along quite well and my wait was minimal. Both counter people were courteous (everyone addressed as "sir" or "ma'am") and everyone was thanked for their custom. The sandwiches are good and they really load them up with meat and cheese, and you can add all the toppings you want, making them a good value. If you can catch one of the $5 foot long specials, even better.

  Poor customer service and very rude, being unconcerned with customer complaints. They work on the buddy system and if you file a complaint against and employee at this store, they will divulge your name to the individual. There are many concerns on my part about this stor, some are concerns that could be reported to the Health Dept.
